- WebKOMIKS is a Pinoy Komiks portal that offers online viewing of short stories and komiks strips for free. Many of the contributors to webkomiks.com are living legends in the Philippine komiks industry.
- Komix7107 is a launch pad, a laboratory and a library.
- Aha Hule Komiks is a webcomics created by cartoonist Tatum Milambiling a.k.a. Greco M. It features the comical duo Beho and Bebe. It first appeared in the Sunday Colored Comics of Manila Bulletin on October 9, 2005. The strips lasted for only two consecutive issues in the newspaper. Aha Hule Komiks went online on January 22, 2006.
- Ang Pakikipaglaban at mga Kamalasan ni V-Boy is an online comic about the adventure of Rey in school, space and with the alien race where he got his super bionic powers. This indie webkomiks is For Adults Only.
- Barriors Comics is an online comic which focuses on “Growing Up Filipino”. The word Barriors derived from the rootwords: (1) Barrios + Warriors = Barriors and (2) Barriers + Warriors = Barriors. It began online on June 10, 2007.
- BlogComics.net is a blog where bloggers can get one-paneled comic strips that they can place on their blog posts for free! The only thing they need to do is to is to copy a little snippet of code found under the comic strips and they can easily paste it on their blogs! The main goal of BlogComics.net is to provide comic fillers to the topics that bloggers love to talk about. For example, a particular blogger is looking for images to go with his article about the latest news about AdSense, that blogger can actually go to BlogComics.net and look for one under the categories section!
- Buhay Kubo Komiks is an online comics strips created, written and illustrated by Juan Karlo Licudine, a Computer Engineer, who is also known for his pinoyblogero.com and blogcomics.net.
- Callwork Comics is a collection of comics strips that pays tribute to all Business Process Outsourcing in the Philippines. Created by Hazel Manzano-Chua, Callwork is all about call center life.
- Class Comics is a webcomics created by Ariel C. Atienza, a member of The Webcomic Republic. It first appeared bi-monthly (1993-2000) in Glitter Magazine before it was published online on September 24, 2005.
- Crazy Jhenny is an online comic about the misadventures of a 20-something girl with dreams and a bigger attitude.
- Dayunyor Pages Comics is an online comic strip featuring “Damon & Pythias”. Damon & Pythias is an idiomatic expression meaning a true, loyal friendship between two men. The title was taken from Pilipino Funny Komiks’ list of idioms. Raskal (pilyong asong kalye) was created in 1996 followed by his master in early 2000.
- Diliman is an online independent comic book on salamangka, aswangs and magic, politics and drama of human relationships. This is Tobie Abad’s dream project, which allows him to explore his ability to both sequentially illustrate and tell story. The project is currently on-going with updates coming in every so often. Diliman is written for a mature audience in mind. Themes, visuals and topics contained in the comic may not be suitable for children or close-minded people.
- Garapata Comics is a collection of webcomics created by Tobie Abad.
- Geeks is a webcomics about computer engineers in their twenties. It is based on the lives of computer engineers working in a real R&D company in the Philippines whose name and location are confidential. Most of the characters are also based on actual people. Some, however, are based on certain traits of several people. This is to keep the number (and interactions) of the cast manageable.
- HoyPinoy! is Filipino webcomic on culture, politics, and current events in the Philippines. It is a minimalist comics which is sometimes humorous, sometimes political. The minimalist style is a critique on the crippling poverty rate in the Philippines, hence the tagline “we’re not anorexic, just hungry”.
- Idlip Comics is a webcomic and a collaborative online art project by 2 Manila-based artists and writers: Tobie Abad and Lionel Valdellon. IDLIP the webcomic is also: dreams translated into comics. Idlip the word, means nap.
- Jac Strips is a series of comic strips created, written and drawn by Jac Ting Lim. The latest currently running in the series is called Pilya, which is a Tagalog term for naughty girl. It is also the nickname of the redhead protagonist.
- Jupiter Rising Studios is a comprehensive listing of webcomics created and published Online by Reginald Ting.
- Kathang Isip is a webcomic created by Laguna Teddy Pavon, a member of The Webcomic Republic. It is a story of people in search of freedom, which is divided into 10-page chapters. Kathang Isip was initially a comic series to have been released in the now defunt Neo Comics.
- Kisses Comics is an anything goes, reality-based Filipino webcomic created by Adrian Sangalang. It follows the classical newspaper comic strip format (at least 4 panels per strip). The characters are composed of engineering students, which, oddly enough, the creator fails to emphasize.
- KomikPik is a hilarious webcomic wherein the main characters are based on political figures such as Boss Sherrap and Madam Glory.
- Kubori Strips for the Soul is a webcomic created by Michael David for Point Zero Comics. The strip won the Best Weekly Webcomic at the first KOMIKON Awards 2006.
- Life Again is a webcomic series about a zombie who somehow regained back his soul but lost most of his memories. He now needs to find out his mysterious past and how he came to be a zombie. This series is created, written and drawn by Laurento Jovito Fua, a member of The Webcomic Republic. The original title of this comic was “Dead Men Walking”, but the author opted to change its title since using the old name would have problems for him for there are a lot of zombie flicks right now with the same name.
- Masthead Comics is an online comic about the unique experiences that student journalists face. This is written and drawn by full-time photojournalist and part-time cartoonist Hub Pacheco.
- Nala is webcomic created, written and drawn by Lengskididoodles.
- Nyek! Komiks is an online komiks written and drawn by Edgar Tadeo.
- Tales from the West Side is a webcomics created by Ariel C. Atienza. Started in 2002, West Side is the first comic strip appeared in the Philippine News, a San Francisco-based newspaper. The strip was initially printed in color. The comics tells about a Filipino-Irish American family who immigrates to the dad’s country of origin a year after 9/11 to start a new life.
- Tales of the Big City is an online comics written and drawn by Gerry Alanguilan. This story first appeared on the pages of PULP Magazine here in the Philippines in 2000.
- The Fifty Peso Ninja is a webcomic created, written and drawn by Lico Reloj.
- The Legend of the Golden Pupu is a komiks series written and illustrated by Jerald Dorado for the defunct PSICom’s Humor Magazine, Topak!.
